C# Developer at Microquery

Microquery, an international rapidly growing company is seeking new team members
Microquery is looking for a C# Developers for its information management, retrieval, and migration platforms. The C# Developer will work together with our software development team to design, develop, implement, and test both web and windows applications.

As a C# Developer at Microquery, you will be expected to:
Possess excellent knowledge and experience of programming using C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, WCF, WPF, ADO.NET, Web Service and Windows Service
Code using various programming languages such as JavaScript, XML, XSL, Ajax among others, but predominantly in C#
Have an excellent hands-on development experience using MS.Net 2.0/3.0/3.5/4.0 technology and Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
Be excellent in understanding of Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS 6.0 or higher) and its practical functioning, configurations and lifecycles
Possess an excellent hands-on experience in relational database design and development, preferably SQL Server 2005/2008 and Oracle 10g/11g
Build test scripts, devise test plans and their units, and perform application tests
Develop documentation for the software they have code
Effectively collaborate and communicate with other software developers, product managers, technical support engineers, internal staff and the customers
Attend development meetings and trainings
Delegate and negotiate team assignments with other team members
Be in touch with the customers and maintain their knowledge during development

The following skills will be considered an advantage:
A good degree in Computer Science , Computer Engineering or Computing is a must
Knowledge of enterprise content management, knowledge management, document management, ERP, CRM environments is considered an advantage
Understanding of “Agile” methodologies such as “XP Programming” and “Scrum” would be advantageous
