Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At CodeMines Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality live training programs. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course, workshop, or program.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made for courses, workshops, or training programs are non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Change of mind
• Lack of time or availability
• Dissatisfaction after attending sessions
• Failure to attend sessions

3. Batch Transfer / Rescheduling

• Batch transfer requests must be made before the course starts or within the first session.
• Requests are subject to availability and approval.
• Only one transfer is allowed per student.

4. Missed Sessions

• All sessions are conducted live.
• No refund or rescheduling will be provided for missed sessions.
• Access to learning material may be provided at our discretion.

5. Workshop (₹99 / Promotional Offers)

• Fees paid for promotional workshops are strictly non-refundable.
• These are low-cost sessions designed for evaluation and learning purposes.

6. Course Cancellation by Academy

CodeMines Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to:

• Low enrollment
• Technical issues
• Trainer unavailability

• A rescheduled batch will be offered, OR
• A full refund will be issued if the course is not conducted at all.

7. Payment Disputes

Any chargebacks or disputes raised without contacting us first may result in suspension of access to our services.
